“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.” — Viktor Frankl

We live in a dualistic universe. That is, what goes up, must come down. Black & white, contrasts day & night. These are essential elements of this expansive universe. We are in fact dualistic in nature. We sleep at night to save energy to expend during the day. We experience highs during our lives and what we perceive to be low moments.

My own journey has afforded me the good fortune of seeing the seed of opportunity in all that unfolds in life. The more I become a student of the life, the more I embraced the lessons and growth which have taken place.

Personal development invites you to learn from your lowest moment, so that you become a person of substance and character. Embrace the journey and your shadow self.

Do not deny or disown your darker side. It is your greatest teacher!

You Don’t Have To Handle Pressure Alone

If this piece mirrors the challenges you’re currently facing, it may be highlighting how you respond to pressure, change, or uncertainty. I work with professionals and leaders who want to think clearly under stress and move forward with strength and direction.
