Working Together

Most clients choose to work with me in 60-minute coaching sessions, allowing space for depth, insight, and integration. This is where sustained transformation happens through thoughtful, focused work over time.

For some situations, a single 90-minute session can be useful when you want to explore something more deeply in one contained conversation, rather than across multiple sessions. This option is suited to specific challenges that benefit from extra time and focus.

If you’re unsure whether coaching is the right fit, or you’d like to talk things through before committing, we can begin by having a 30-minute Complimentary Coaching Conversation.

This initial conversation is a grounded, honest discussion to explore what you’re facing and decide what the most appropriate next step might be.

Short, one-off sessions are available in limited numbers for a single issue. Longer sessions are recommended for deeper or ongoing work.
