Leadership Under Pressure is a contained 6-week coaching engagement for professionals who need to restore steadiness, decision quality, and internal alignment during periods of sustained demand.

The focus is the internal structure beneath leadership: body, thinking, behavior, and ownership.

- Responsible: Stabilize ownership by owning the gap and taking the next action

Strengthen how you return to Grounded, Clear, Steady, and Responsible in real pressure moments.
Phase 4 — Forward Strategy
Create a practical 60-day stabilization plan for maintaining steadier leadership, decisions, communication, and recovery.
